Scholarships or loans for CA LVN program?

I am going to start a 9 mnth LVN program but the school is small and private so doesn't take fin. Aid...and I already gotten a BS degree anyway so don't think I wud get any more grants thru fafsa...but I'm wondering whether I wud qualify for govt loans like subsidized or unsubsidized loans ? Or if anyone knowsa where I can find scholarships for vocational nursing program inCa...because I've only seen for nursaing getting associates or bachelors degree? Thank you
