Can I make a living working part time as a Medical Assistant?

Not unless you have another job. Medical Assistants make about $10-14 an hour. Now, if you work part-time and your spouse/partner also works, you could make a living and tag-team parent, but I don't see how you could reasonably live on $10-14 an hour, working 20 hours a week.
