Ugly people always complain about being ugly?

it's really annoying sometimes i just wanna be like "yes you are really ugly, now shut up" because all they do is complain about how ugly they are, i try to be nice and tell them they are not when i know i am lying. i don't go around complaining about how gorgeous i am sothey need to SHUT UP UGLY PEOPLE
