I'm working at a nursing home i work as a nursing assistant and i recently passed my lvn license exam. ?

I went to see my boss to let her know that i passed my test and already applied for a lvn position then she told me she hired 2 people already but were not oriented yet. If they hire another person instead of me can i make any complaints? Or is there anything i can do to get them for not being fair?
