Hey does anyone know the cheapest or low cost LVN/LPN program in los angeles county or even orange county?

I can't get financial aid because I owe them from the past, I am currently paying the by garnishment but it will take me some time. I want to go back to school but I dont want to wait 3 yrs. Is there any other way I can get into an LVN program that is cheap or any other financial aid programs, bad credit loans, or scholarships for a single mother who wants to go nursing school or any low monthly payment schools I can attend?
