People who reply with feedback or advice. ?

Why are some people so rude who reply to questions on this site?? If you don't have anything helpful or nice to say then don't say it! Questions asked are asked for a reason and because maybe we just dont know and not because we feel "entitled"! Some are just so insensitive.....
