Which is a better career photography or nursing?

Hi I am enrolled into school to become a nurse, but I also might want to think about photography, I still don't know what to do in life and I'm 28 I'm trying to decide, I figured I can do nursing because my best friend does it and it can bring us closer eventually. Also my mother is a nurse but she says I should do x ray tech. I also had a strong addiction to crystal meth I know another nurse with an addiction to crystal meth however, I have stopped on my own and don't plan on going back on it. I just don't know what to do with my history and situation, right now I'm leaning towards becoming an lvn but I have another 1.5 months before I start school.
