Where do lvns work at?

i am curious is it easy finding a job as a lvn? where do they work at? i dont' want to work at a hospital cause they don't accept them i want to go for a lvn first i don't know how smart you have to be to become a rn but i can manage lvn. does the college help them find you a job after it? should i volunteer at clinics or something?
