What kind of jobs are there when working at a children's hospital ?

i'm lookin into becoming a childrens nurse but i would like to kno do they have lvn jobs at children 's hospitals or clinics or doctors offices?? if not what kind of jobs do they offer at these kind of places for children thanx :)
