What are the odds of getting a job in Schweinfurt Germany... Military Spouse?

my soon to be husband is stationed in schweinfurt germany and he will be deploying for a year which mean i wont be able to go up there till next summer. I am worry that i wont be able to get a job up there because it is such a small base. i have also read that blogs after blogs that military spouses who have degrees cant find work. first off im a gs lvn and i do not want to lose my gs job. i know i can take leave w/o pay for a year but if nothing comes up i lose my my GS position. :( I would like to know if anyone is in this situation up there or having the same concern. I also dont want to stay at home and do nothing i want to work. So i just want to know how hard is it going to be to get a job up there on this small post ? i ve heard there waiting list !!!! i also get on all the websites and look... but i they dont seem to have any jobs . I would hope being a military wife and veteran id have a better chance ?
