Is there any Physician Assistant School where they don't require any prior direct patient care experience?

Im a Junior at CSU Sacramento majoring in Health Sciences. I want to become a Physician Assistant. I dont have any Direct Patient Care experience. All the schools that I checked require that kind of experiences. I asked at few hospitals and medical centers. They don't even let me go near the patient unless Im a medical Assistant or an RN, or an LVN. I have none of those certificates. Is there any school in California or outside the California where they don't require this kind of experience, and also where it's comparatively easy to get admission in. My science GPA is 3.2. Please help!
