How to ask nicely for something your friend said will give you but hasn't yet?

So my friend said she would give me this pass for free, right. Well she has the receipt for me to get it but I feel like it's nice and the right thing to go out with her and then get it from her. So, I've been trying to go with her to the place with her to get it but since she's been fired from that place of course she can't just walk in there anymore as she pleases. I feel greedy but I mean the longer she holds on the pass the more time its being wasted. I don't wanna seem greedy even though it seems like it now but I mean what should I do wait. Who knows when she can just give it to me plus if she gives it to me I can get her in later it's just frustrating but I don't wanna ask too much of her but I've never really asked anything from her. I'm lost for words because I don't wanna seem pushy or insensitive. Help me, please and thank you.
