I need help with my friend :(?

I have 3 best friends (the others just kinda hang out with us and go away days later) and two of them are just very insensitive and me and my other friend is kinda getting fed up with their behaviour. I have broken my leg and they just leave me and my other friend sitting down while they run off playing. And they have done that to me all week.
