Nursing Job dilemma!!?

I'm a recent LVN grad and have two job offers: one is at a family practice/urgent care facility; the other is at the local hospital. Both jobs offer 12 hour shifts and the family practice has 8a-5p, which might not be the best since I'm continuing on to my RN. My question is which position would you recommend a new grad accept and what are the reasons why? I ultimately would like to be an ER or ICU nurse....so I'm leaning more towards the local hospital! Any input would be appreciated! :)
