I currently started school for LVN. i am currently on deferred probation 4 forgery. can i still get my license?

It was back in 2007. I have never been in trouble with the law before this or after this issue. I didn't even forge the check. My ex did being in love and dumb I took the rap for it. What are my best options in becoming a lvn. I'm desperate for help.
