I failed a urinalysis 7 years ago can i become an army officer?

i failed a UA while in AIT to be a medic, i was still allowed to stay in the army and be a medic after doing 45&45, after my first 4 years i reenlisted to be a LVN in the army, i got my nursing license and now i want to become an RN , which means becoming an army officer, What are my chances of becoming an officer?
