How long does it take to go from PT to RN to CRNA?

I'm trying to get into a Psychiatric Technician or LVN program and after I want to become an RN and then proceed to a CRNA but I don't want to become a PT if I have to go through LVN school(basically start over again) to become an RN because between the two (PT/LVN) PT's make more money. Once I pass either or and become an RN how long from there does it take to become a CRNA and are there programs for RN's to get there BSN which is a requirement to get into CRNA school?
