HOSPITAL PAY RATES FOR LVN's?

Hospitals in Southern California are still hiring LVN's. There a job openings in ER/TELE/MED-SURG Does anyone know what the starting salaries would be in such a setting for an IV, Vent certified LVN in an ER/TELE or MED-surg position at a hospital what should you expect as far a salary. I have a history of Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy Certified. Any input would be great. Im about to gradute Nursing school and would like serious inputs.
